• Device information: browser type, operating system
• Log data: IP address, access times

Information from Third Parties

• Job listings: from Adzuna and JSearch APIs (public job data only)
• Payment data: subscription status from Stripe (no card details)

• Provide and improve the Service
• Generate AI-powered resume and cover letter content
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related emails

We do NOT:

4. AI Processing

Your resume and career information is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate:

• Resume optimization suggestions
• Cover letter content
• Career coaching responses
• ATS analysis

By using the Service, you consent to your resume data being processed by Anthropic's API for these purposes. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to their processing of this data.

We share your data with:

• All data stored in Supabase (secure cloud database)
• Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data encrypted at rest
• Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data:

• While your account is active
• For 90 days after account deletion
• Longer if required by law

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from our systems.
